Refund policy

Eligibility and Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Because underwear is a hygiene product, returns are accepted only if unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags and hygiene seals intact. Items that show signs of wear or washing are not eligible for return or refund. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@innitboxers.com with your order number, the reason for return, and if applicable photos (for damaged or defective items).
We will reply with the return instructions and the return address plus simple packing and labeling instructions. 
Please use a trackable shipping service and share the tracking number with us. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Inspection and Refund Timing

Once your return is delivered to our facility, we inspect it within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. We will email you when your refund is processed.
If an item arrives ineligible (worn, washed, missing packaging or hygiene seal), we will notify you. You may choose to have it returned to you at your cost, or we will safely dispose of it.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the size or color you want is to return your item for a refund and place a new order right away.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind, fit, or preference returns, the customer covers return postage.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return label or otherwise cover reasonable return costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Report issues within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@innitboxers.com with photos of the product and packaging. After review, we will replace or refund and cover any related shipping costs.

Missing or Late Shipments

If your order has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, contact us so we can investigate.
If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive it, first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier or pickup point. If still missing after 48 hours, email us. We may request a brief non-receipt declaration to help us file a carrier claim. Once verified, we will reship or refund according to the investigation outcome.

Address Accuracy and Returned Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Parcels returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal, or unclaimed status can be reshipped after address confirmation. Additional reship fees may apply.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, your order enters processing and can no longer be cancelled. You can still complete the return once the order arrives, following the process above.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and final-sale items (if any are clearly marked as such at checkout) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Chargebacks and PayPal Disputes

This policy is designed to clearly set expectations and streamline resolution. We upload tracking for every order and keep photo and scan evidence for shipped and returned parcels. If you have any problem, contact us first at support@innitboxers.com  so we can resolve it quickly. Most issues are solved faster through our support than via a formal dispute.
