Shipping policy

At Innit, we care about both your comfort and the planet. That’s why we work with shipping partners that support ecological practices and aim to reduce unnecessary emissions. Every order is packed responsibly and shipped in eco-conscious materials wherever possible.

Shipping costs

We understand that unexpected shipping costs can be frustrating, which is why all of our orders ship 100% free of charge. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout, just straightforward, hassle-free shipping on every order.

Processing Time

Orders placed on weekdays and Sundays (excluding public holidays) are usually packed and shipped the very next day. Our standard processing time is 24 hours, but in rare cases it may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the delivery time is typically between 6–12 business days depending on your location:

UK: 6-10 days

USA: 6-12 days

Australia: 6-10 days

Canada: 8-15 days

New Zealand: 6-10 days

Order Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number. You can follow the status of your shipment anytime through our tracking portal, where the latest updates and delivery information will be available.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as the order is already being processed. If you still wish to return your item, you must follow our return procedure.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@innitboxers.com  with photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our return policy.
